Attorney Kristen L. Fisher
Practice and Experience
Kristen Fisher is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on difficult estate,
trust and probate matters. She has substantial experience managing complex
litigation. Prior to working for
Ridgway Law Group her practice focused on trial litigation. Since joining Ridgway Law Group
in 2010, she concentrates on motion practice, which is legal shorthand
for cases that require filing many pleadings, responding to opposing counsels’
pleadings and appearing in court to argue for our clients’ positions.
She has extensive experience assisting fiduciary clients with preparing
accountings and also in reviewing accountings provided by opposing parties.
Professional Qualifications
Ms. Fisher is a graduate of the University of Washington and a cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law where she was ranked in the top 15% of her class. As a law student, Kristen served as an associate editor of the Seattle University Law Review and received CALI awards for achievement in Trust and Estates and as a Rule 9 Legal Intern in the Youth Advocacy Clinic.
